By using Evenlo you agree to these terms. If you get the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.
The service
Evenlo is a tool for recording shared expenses and working out who owes whom. It doesn't move money: payments between you and your friends happen outside Evenlo, for example by bank transfer, Revolut or cash, and Evenlo only records them. We're not a bank or payment service, and balances are only as accurate as what you and your group enter.
Your account and content
You're responsible for your account and for what you add, including only adding other people's names and payment details with their agreement. Don't use Evenlo for anything unlawful or to harass others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Receipt scanning
AI receipt reading is usually accurate but can make mistakes, so check the items and amounts before saving.
Pro and Trip Pass
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your App Store or Google Play account, and it renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. A Trip Pass is a one-off purchase that unlocks Pro features for everyone in one group for 30 days. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Prices may change; we'll tell you in advance, and existing subscriptions follow the store's rules.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Evenlo available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for disputes between group members. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Ending
You can stop using Evenlo and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
